1. The Service

Recipeezy is a web-based application that allows users to:

• Create, save, and organize personal recipes
• Plan meals
• Generate grocery lists
• Optionally share recipes with other users on a personal, non-commercial basis

Recipeezy is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for any activity that takes place through your account.

3. User Content

"User Content" means any recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, notes, comments, or other materials you create, upload, or save on the Service.

3.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of recipes you write or content you create.

3.2 License to Us

By submitting User Content, you grant Kajunga Creations LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and to the users you choose to share it with. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except to the extent that User Content has already been shared with others or where we are required to retain it by law.

3.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the content
• Your content does not violate any law or any third party's rights, including copyright (see Section 4)
• Your content is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or refuse any User Content that we believe violates these Terms.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Please review our Copyright Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• Recipes you personally develop or adapt are yours to share
• You should not upload, copy, or share copyrighted material (such as full recipes from cookbooks, blogs, or other published sources) in a manner that violates the rights of the original author
• Casual personal use, such as saving a recipe you tasted at a friend's home, is generally fine; mass redistribution of copyrighted recipes is not

You agree not to use the Service to infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove infringing content and, in cases of repeated infringement, to terminate user accounts.

4.1 DMCA Notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us through the contact form on the website with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• A link to or description of where the infringing material appears
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

5. Sharing Recipes with Others

The Service allows you to share recipes you have created with other users on a personal, non-commercial basis. You agree:

• Not to use the sharing feature to mass-distribute copyrighted material
• Not to use sharing to send spam, advertising, or harassing content
• That recipes you share may be visible to the recipients you choose

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload or share copyrighted material you do not have permission to share
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Donations

Recipeezy is offered free of charge. Users may, at their option, donate to support the Service via Ko-fi or a similar platform. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not entitle the donor to additional features or services. Payment processing is handled entirely by the third-party donation platform under its own terms.

8. Newsletter and Communications

If you opt in to receive our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time via your profile page or the unsubscribe link in any email. We may send you essential account- or service-related communications regardless of newsletter preference.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the contact form or any account-deletion option provided in the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KAJUNGA CREATIONS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Recipes, nutritional information, or content provided by users is accurate, safe, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Any defects will be corrected

Important: Recipes shared on Recipeezy are user-generated. We do not verify allergen, nutritional, or food-safety information. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability and safety of any recipe before preparing or consuming it, including with respect to allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAJUNGA CREATIONS LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kajunga Creations LLC, its owners, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right (including intellectual property rights)

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kajunga Creations LLC regarding your use of the Service.
